Jakarta, Harian Terkini.com — Direktorat Jenderal Imigrasi Kementerian Hukum dan HAM menolak 239 Warga Negara Asing (WNA) masuk ke Indonesia selama masa pandemi virus corona (Covid-19). Jumlah itu terhitung sejak 6 Februari lalu hingga 19 April.
Kepala Bagian Humas dan Umum Arvin Gumilang mengatakan, sebanyak 239 WNA itu ditolak masuk di Tempat Pemeriksaan Imigrasi (TPI), baik itu bandara, pelabuhan laut, dan pos lintas batas.
“Penolakan terbanyak dilakukan di TPI Bandara Soekarno Hatta sebanyak 128 orang, TPI Ngurah Rai 89 orang, dan TPI Kualanamu 11 orang,” ungkap Arvin dalam keterangan persnya, Minggu (19/4).
Arvin menambahkan, dari jumlah itu, WN China menjadi yang terbanyak ditolak masuk ke Indonesia.
“Yaitu RRT 89 orang, Malaysia 15 orang, dan Rusia 12 orang” jelasnya.
Arvin menambahkan, seluruh penumpang, baik WNA maupun WNI wajib mengisi health alert card dan menjalani proses pemeriksaan kesehatan oleh petugas Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP). Selanjutnya penumpang akan masuk ke area pemeriksaan keimigrasian.
Hal itu sesuai dengan Protokol Penanganan Covid-19 di pintu masuk wilayah Indonesia yang diterbitkan oleh Kantor Staf Presiden.
Arvin menambahkan, para penumpang juga diwajibkan mengenakan masker serta mencuci tangan dengan sabun atau hand sanitizer sebelum masuk di terminal kedatangan.
“Petugas Imigrasi berada di lapis kedua setelah KKP di pintu masuk wilayah Indonesia. Jika dari hasil pemeriksaan kesehatan hasilnya tidak baik maka KKP akan merekomendasikan untuk ditolak masuk,” jelasnya.
